15 Apr 2008PMSI has provided commercial due diligence on behalf of Sovereign Capital for their £15m acquisition of government-funded training provider Paragon Education and Skills.
Paragon provides government-funded training across a number of sectors including automotive, marine, engineering, care, financial services and business administration.
It operates across the South and South West of England and currently has some 2000 learners for 700 employers involved in its programs.
